Rob Lacaze

Rob Lacaze is a Senior Vice President with TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Rob is a native New Yorker and has lived in Talbot County for over 30 years. A 1987 graduate of the University of Richmond’s E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, he worked on Wall Street before meeting his wife Stephanie (an attorney and Chestertown native). Soon after, they relocated to Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
 
Rob is known for his expertise in real estate sales and business. He successfully founded and sold a real estate appraisal company and a real estate brokerage firm. The brokerage firm was sold to Long & Foster, with Rob serving as President of Lacaze Meredith Real Estate, a Long & Foster Company for seven years.
 
Recognized as an industry expert in the areas of marketing, valuation, and negotiating, Rob has listed and sold some of Talbot County’s most exclusive waterfront estates, including properties selling for $17,000,000 and $13,000,000. He has been a leader in real estate sales on Maryland’s Eastern Shore for 25 years. Rob and Stephanie have three sons: Turner graduated from Auburn University and lives in Charleston, South Carolina; Alex graduated from Towson University and lives in St. Augustine, Florida; and Cole graduated from Flagler College and lives in St. Augustine, Florida.
 
Rob and Stephanie are active members of the local community. They are proud supporters of the TLC for Cancer Corporation, a nonprofit formed by their son Turner after he successfully battled a rare and aggressive cancer, primary mediastinal choriocarcinoma. This organization provides financial support for other young adults battling cancer. In addition, they support The Arc Central Chesapeake Region and Talbot Hospice.
 
In his free time, Rob enjoys traveling and swimming. Rob’s real estate knowledge, exceptional customer service, strong business acumen and work ethic allow him to stand out from other agents.
